I. 100% implementation of custom-shaped forming combined with die stamping, ensuring both customized requirements and systematic product perfection.

II. Full robotic welding: weld width 8–10 mm, weld height 3–5 mm. 360° arcs and 90° right-angle inner/outer arcs are all completed in a single pass. No putty filler inside the weld bead, ensuring weld strength and flexibility. Tank replacement rate for engineering vehicles does not exceed 3‰; for other vehicle types, the replacement rate does not exceed 1‰.

III. Full-process large cyclone spray coating and baking. Service life of 8 years — no fading, no peeling. After special internal treatment: no cracking at 90° bending, no melting or peeling after 10 minutes of direct flame exposure (video evidence available). Regarding sample payment terms: when the foreign client pays the full sample amount in one settlement, the supplier will offset the sample cost in a lump sum against future orders once the cumulative repurchase value of that sample reaches USD 500,000. Ultimately, the supplier provides free samples to foreign clients with repurchase capability.
3. Warranty terms: the warranty period commences from the date the foreign client receives the product and lasts for 12 months.
Warranty scope:
a. Oil tank leakage or seepage.
b. When a warranty claim arises, the client must provide the supplier's logo, on-site photos, and video evidence to confirm the supplier's responsibility.
c. The supplier's response time for warranty claims is 48 hours.
d. To address any concerns during use, the supplier will provide free spare parts equivalent to 10% of the total units per shipment as backup for the client.
e. To minimize wear on assembled components during transportation, except for components requiring specific torque values (which are assembled by the supplier), all other assembly components are shipped in bulk quantities and assembled by the client under the supplier's guidance.

Q10: How is the tank packaged for export shipping?
Every tank is packed with foam corner protectors, clear stretch wrap, and black tension straps on a fumigated ISPM 15 wooden pallet.
