I. Main Processes
1. Combination of Custom-Shaped Fabrication and Die Stamping
We 100% implement the combination of custom-shaped fabrication and die stamping to meet customer customization needs.
2. Fully Robotic Welding
Weld width: 8-10 mm; Weld height: 3-5 mm. 360° arcs and 90° right-angle inner and outer arcs are all completed in a single pass. Minimum weld circle diameter: 15 mm.
There is no trace of repair welding at the junction of the circumferential seam and the longitudinal seam of the oil tank. The process level far exceeds similar products exhibited at the Hannover (Germany) trade fair.
Tank replacement rate: Below 3‰ for engineering vehicles, and below 1‰ for other vehicle types.
3. Large Cyclone Spraying and Baking
Full large-cyclone spraying and baking throughout the process. Service life: 8 years, no fading, no peeling. After acid pickling and phosphating, adhesion reaches Grade 1-0.
The Warranty period for external spraying and internal special treatment is three years, written into the contract. The external coating has reached the appearance effect of home appliances.
4. Two-Stage Air Tightness Testing
Ensures no seepage or leakage.

II. Cooperation Policies
1. Factory Inspection Policy
Welcome to inspect the factory at any time. Travel expenses incurred for factory inspection will be deducted in one lump sum from the payment when cumulative repeat orders reach USD 500, 000.
2. Sample Policy
Foreign customers shall pay the full sample amount in one lump sum. When repeat orders reach USD 400, 000, the amount will be deducted in one lump sum from the payment.
3. Warranty Policy
The Warranty period starts from the day the foreign customer receives the product. The Warranty period for the complete tank is 12 months; The Warranty period for external spraying and internal special treatment is 3 years, written into the contract.
3.1 The Warranty Coverage scope includes: Oil tank seepage or leakage; Severe appearance wear.
3.2 When a Warranty claim occurs, the customer must provide the supplier's logo, on-site pictures, and videos to prove that it is the supplier's responsibility.
3.3 The supplier's response time for a Warranty claim is 48 hours.
4. Wear Parts and Assembly Parts Policy
To solve customers' worries during use, the supplier will freely provide 5% of the total set quantity in wear parts with each shipment for customer backup.
To prevent assembly parts from being worn during transportation, assembly parts will be shipped with an additional 1% of the total quantity, to be assembled by the customer.
